Glenville Oktoberfest will be returning to Maalwyck Park on our traditional date – the final Saturday in September! This year that means Saturday, September 24, 2022 will feature great fun in the park!
Your “all volunteer” Glenville Oktoberfest committee is now accepting applications for sponsors and vendors! One added feature for the Sponsors is that the Village of Scotia Memorial Day Parade is set to return – and plans are in the works for the “Glenville Oktoberfest float” to join the parade — our title sponsor will also be featured on our float!
For vendors — the Harvest Area is back — we plan to feature all the traditional kids attractions (bounce houses anticipated to return) — the Main Biergarten tent (and dance floor) will also be back. In the Harvest Area we will again feature “snack vendors” where either 10×10 or 10×20 spaces can be requested. It is anticipated that we are “sold out” for major food vendors (food trucks, trailers) but vendors can submit an application in case a space opens. We will again feature a limited number of ‘food vendors’ in the Harvest area where they can book a dual space (10×20) and setup with tents — these will be positioned along the perimeter so we do not damage the wonderful soccer fields. Please check the vendor packet for information for details / pricing if interested in ‘onsite food prep’ in this type of space.
